What happens if I cut or damage my strap?

The RFID shot detection technology is actually in the watch strap itself. If you are having issues with your strap, either not closing properly, a missing strap piece or when removing and attaching a new strap, then please contact our support team and they will help you with that.

Please do not cut or damage the strap in any way as this will affect the watches shot detection and will void any warranty.
