On the Performance pages what is considered a Tee Shot, an Approach, a Short Game shot and a Putt?

Tee Shot

• Any shot taken from the tee box, excluding par 3 holes.
• On par 3s, the tee shot is classified as an Approach Shot.

Approach Shot

• Any shot taken from more than 50 yards from the pin that is not a tee shot.
• Par 3 tee shots are included in this category.

Short Game Shot

• Any shot taken from within 50 yards of the pin, off the green.

Putting

• Any shot played on the green is considered a putt.

Note:

Only Tee Shots and Approach Shots are included when calculating average club distances. Short Game shots and Putts are excluded from distance averages to ensure accuracy.
