How do I reset the watch back to factory settings?

    Tried all advice in the support faq's and watch still won't sync. Please contact me ASAP.

    Hi,
    My V3 won't sync. Just bought it in 'as new' condition. I previously had a V2 and rounds from 2021 are showing up but new rounds from the V3 aren't. I have followed all instructions. Also last shpt distance isn't showing up. No option to save the round. Done all the syncing and just about everything else for 5 days. Help!
