Why is my watch strap the wrong way round/can you change that?

Although it might look wrong, the watch straps are on the correct way for our products to work. The watch uses RFID technology housed in the strap (the strap without the buckle) therefore this strap has to be on the side closest to where the tags pass when in your clubs. As a result, we have had to design the watch strap differently to most watches.

If you swap around the straps by attaching the buckle strap to the top of the watch and the non buckle strap to the bottom of the watch then this will cause shot detection issues.
