If your watch is stuck on the screen that says 'Connect' please try the following:
1) Turn your watch on by pressing the top left button
2) Hold the top left button down for 15-20 seconds until the screen goes blank
3) Log out of your Shot Scope mobile app
4) Uninstall the Shot Scope app from your phone
5) Go to Play Store or App store and download the Shot Scope app on your phone
6) Type email address and password and log into the app
7) Turn your watch on again by pressing the top left button
8) Connect the watch
9) Complete on boarding
If that doesn't work then can you please go into your phone settings and delete whichever watch model you have from the Bluetooth section then try the above process again please.

I can connect my device but no data is downloaded. The device shows ‘no history’
